DoubleTree by Hilton St. John's Harbourview

Got there late evening - very tired! Staff was very pleasant, helpful. Slept just fine almost to check out time! We were able to leave luggage with you while we went to find breakfast at a place recommended by staff [your b'fast had closed] which we loved. Then got a taxi to group location for ship expedition. Upon return stayed with you again [18th] and were very pleased.

the staff there is very friendly. i got hot water from the restaurant's staff and they were friendly. when there was something wrong with the shower door, the staff offered us to change to another room. My husband fell down on a trail and when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out, the staff lent us crunches and offered us late check-out without any cost when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out. They are extremely nice!

We liked the location and the View looking out over the working Harbour was fun . The cookies on arrival were a nice treat , but were never offered them again even though you could smell them every day 😋 It was nice to have our room serviced everyday !

There is great attention to detail with the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping team are exceptional, always offering a warm hello and making you feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable and I like that the showers are well equipped with re-fillable bottles (I personally prefer this in hotels over the mini bottles, well done for having this environmentally conscious option). Everything was great!

No hassle, no fuss kinda hotel. Well managed from our perspective.
